Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of ramtunes.ph (the “Site”), the personal artist information page of Ramon F. Tenorio Jr. (“RAM”, “I”, “me”), who performs and works under the artist name and brand RAMTUNES. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. Information only

The Site provides information about me and my work in the music industry. It does not sell products or services and no transactions take place on it. Content is provided in good faith but may be incomplete or change without notice.

2. Bookings, licensing and paid work

Bookings, productions, music licensing and all other paid work are arranged, contracted and invoiced by POMM Production Services (pomm.ph) under separate written agreements. Sending a message through this Site does not create any contract or obligation.

3. Copyright and intellectual property

All music, recordings, compositions, videos, photographs, text, logos (including the RAMTUNES name and logo) and other content on the Site are owned by me or by their respective rights holders (such as co-writers, artists, labels and clients) and are protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293) and international copyright law. Release artwork, client names and trademarks are shown for reference and remain the property of their owners.

Browsing or streaming music on the Site does not grant any licence. You may not copy, download, sync, broadcast, distribute, sample or otherwise use any music or content without prior written permission. Licensing requests go through POMM Production Services.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Site — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access (including to the private catalog page or by sharing its access code), interfering with its operation, or submitting unlawful, abusive or spam content through its forms.

5. Third-party content and links

The Site embeds or links to third-party services (such as YouTube, Spotify, DropCue, social networks and POMM). I am not responsible for their content, availability or practices; their own terms apply.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

7. Privacy

How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Iloilo City, Philippines.
