These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ramtunes.ph ("the Site") and your engagement of sync licensing, custom music production, ghost production, and mixing/mastering services offered by Ramon F. Tenorio Jr., operating as RAMTUNES ("RAMTUNES," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Iloilo City, Philippines.
By accessing the Site, submitting a brief, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
RAMTUNES provides sync-ready music licensing, custom and ghost music production, and mixing/mastering services for film, TV, advertising, branded content, and independent artists. Service scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for any specific engagement are confirmed separately in writing (e.g., a quote, brief response, or signed agreement) and are not established by browsing this Site alone.
Submitting a brief or quote request through the Site does not guarantee acceptance of the project, a specific delivery timeline, or a final price. Custom composition turnaround times stated on the Site (e.g., 5 business days) are estimates and may vary depending on project scope, revisions requested, and current workload. Rush delivery, where offered, is subject to additional cost and availability.
All compositions, recordings, stems, and materials in the RAMTUNES catalog (including those streamed via the embedded DropCue, Spotify, YouTube, or SoundCloud players) are the property of RAMTUNES and/or its credited co-writers, and are protected under Philippine copyright law (the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines, RA 8293) and applicable international treaties.
Ghost production engagements are handled discreetly. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RAMTUNES will not publicly disclose the identity of a ghost production client or the existence of a specific engagement. Clients likewise agree to respect any confidentiality terms set out in their individual production agreement.
Pricing, deposit requirements, and payment terms for custom production, mixing/mastering, or licensing are set out in the applicable quote or agreement for each project, not on this Site. RAMTUNES does not process card payments directly through the Site; any invoicing or payment collection is handled through separately agreed channels.
When using the Site, you agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems; (b) use the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (c) scrape, copy, or redistribute catalog content outside of the licensed embeds provided; or (d) interfere with the Site's normal operation.
The Site includes embedded players and links to third-party platforms, including DropCue, Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, and social media. RAMTUNES does not control these platforms and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While RAMTUNES strives for accuracy, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully current at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, RAMTUNES and its principal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold RAMTUNES harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of licensed content beyond the scope of a signed license agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Iloilo City, Philippines, without prejudice to RAMTUNES' right to seek remedies in any other competent forum where permitted by law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
